    Hello,
I hope I can get a good answer here.

    I’ve installed a WordPress on a GoDaddy webspace in a subfolder like https://mydomain.com/wp/ .
    Everything worked.
When I was done with building the site, I moved the site to the root at https://mydomain.com . It’s working great with one exception: the media upload doesn’t work anymore. I’ve deactivated all plugins but that didn’t solve the problem.
Actually the media UPLOAD seems to work (I can see the progress bar growing to 100%) but the file doesn’t get saved. It doesn’t give out any error messages, only the files is not there and the “broken image icon” does appear. Used several different images for my tests.
I tried giving CHMOD permissions 777 to /wp-content/uploads/ and all sub folders already. Didn’t change anything.

Any ideas how to fix this?
