Media Upload Issue

    I am using the form for a CPT that we have set up – if you login through standard wordpress login /wp-admin then the form works fine and you can upload media.

    If you login through the front end here https://eastdevon.mihidev.co.uk/login when you go to upload media it gives you the error: An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later. and in the middle of the screen it says no items found.

    How do we get the media upload working? Thanks for your help

    Hello, what role is the user? Does this happen if you change the role?

    Hi, yes it still happens even if they’re an Administrator,

    If they have any user level through the login page it won’t let them upload?

    this is very very strange indeed. This specific user is being redirected from the admin dashboard?
    Perhaps the requests he sending the server are also being redirected…
