Media upload issue…

I moved from WP to WP MU. When I upload media through the Admin panel, it no longer uploads it to /wp-content/uploads. I went into up-admin/options.php and changed the default options. It still sends it to /file. I have never messed with that setting before, and up to now they have went to /wp-content/uploads.
Am I missing something?
