media upload http error

Hello All.

I’ve read a few similar problems in the forum and tried with success and failure to get it working but please somebody help me close this, how do I stop wordpress’ upload errors from always occurring?

I it is a permissions setting on the hosting I have turned all the relevant (Or what seemed relevant in other posts) files to 777 which has worked for a bit but then wordpress pages wont load in the interface due to those permissions. So i remove the permissions to get the wordpress working, then I cant upload again. Its happening really randomly such as a few iterations below

? When you turn the permissions back on again, The error comes up again. but then when you redo it, it wont load

? Other methods that have and havent worked is by adding media whilst buildling a page, not on the media section of the dashboard.

This is doing my head in, please can somebody assist somehow? Thank you
