When uploading media, I get HTTP error if the plugin Contact Form 7 is active. If I deactivate the Contact Form 7 plugin, there is no error.

The media can be seen with no thumbnail in the media library. If I click ‘Edit’ in media library, the image is there but not if I click ‘View’.

If you look at the page, the last image “Lounge” is a sample of an image I’ve uploaded with Contact Form 7 activated. You can’t see the thumbnail but when you click on the small square, it will load the image in lightbox.

If I look in the file server, I can see that the image for “Lounge” does not have all the other sizes created as compared to the other images uploaded correctly. It only has 2 files compared to 5 or 6 for the other images.

It appears to conflict with Divi theme by Elegant Themes. I have submitted a ticket there but was told to submit the issue here.

    Please advise. Thanks.

There is no connection at all between Media Upload and Contact Form 7 plugin.

If it doesn’t happen when you switch theme to another one, it’s highly possible that the Divi theme is causing the issue. I think the theme seller should support you. You have paid them, haven’t you?

Thanks for your quick response. I thought so too but since they asked for me to submit here, it was at least good to check too.

Yes, it is a paid theme. And I will follow up with them. Thanks again.
