Media upload error

  • We are having an issue with media upload, in bulk upload the file stays in crunch but we get a An error occurred during upload. Please try again later” when uploading a file to a post or page. Though we get an error the file is actually uploaded. We deactivated plugin and then upload worked with no error.

  • Try unchecking the “Active Debug Helper” checkbox in Plugin Settings.
    This checkbox is on by default.
    I am now able to upload without error.
