Media Upload Error

    After I updated to the latest version 4.0.14.1, I started to get the “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” error when I tried to upload new file in post/page edit page.

    This doesn’t occur when I tried to upload new file from Media > Add New.

    After I manually reverted the version to 4.0.13, I confirmed this error does not occur so it must be related to the latest version.

    Please fix.
