media upload error

  • Hi guys I am having an issue with uploading media while editing/adding posts/pages. This occurs in ie8 and ie9 and only in the post page media lightbox (not on the actual media library page). The media is added to the library but an error pops up and you have to reload the page to see the image in the lightbox.

    I tried disabling plugins, didn’t help.
    However when I switched themes I didnt have that issue. I tried removing functions and code from functions.php in my theme to see if that would remedy this issue but it didn’t work either.

    Anyone know what other files in my theme might be causing this issue?
