media upload doesn,t parse [video ][/video]

Hi.
I create a text-area as WP-editor. when I upload video the [video ][/video] tag doesn’t parse at first time. after I load it again from database the <source> tag been clean after submit it again and update database. I don’t know how can I check why it doesn’t work.
