Media Thumbnail View

  • I’m working on a website and in the backend the media thumbnail view won’t load. Every time it is clicked the circle just keeps spinning saying that it is loading.

    It’ll work when we click the list view, just not the thumbnail.

    Hi there!

    Have you tried deactivating all your plugins and using a core, bundled theme like Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Fifteen? Have you tried clearing all your caches? Does it happen on other browsers?
