Media Tags not loading from Media menu.

I am having some problems with media tags. If I go to the Media fly-out from the wp-admin dashboard and select Media Tags the page does not load completely. I only receive the top WordPress nav.
Likewise when I try to implement Media Tags with the wp-imageflow2 plug-in I get a similar problem as they page stops loading partway through. Presumably when the plug-in is called.
However the media-tags page does load fully.
