[NSFW] Media-src and script-src-elem

    Love the plugin. Makes life way better.

    Looking at the CSP reports I keeps seeing things from media-src and script-src-elem

    When I view the headers, it seems media-src is not even printed in there are all even though it is in the settings.

    The script-src-elem is not even in the settings for me to add stuff too.

    I can add these manually, but just letting you know of the issue I am having.

    media-src showed up after I changed the basic to self

    All the other custom types showed up without me needing to do that.

    Still need the script-src-elem

    Thanks for reporting this. I will check it out. But, all the types of rules are used the same way, so I am not sure. If you can share screenshots of how you configured the plugin, I can test it out.
