Media Settings warning and table key errors

    I’m getting some update errors and one general warning. I duplicated a live site and moved the installer/archive into my local folder (using Wamp Server, so C:/wamp/www/site” then installed it via localhost/www/site/installer.php.

    During step 3 I got the following table key errors (there were several more of the same error:

    Row [1] on Table [wp_affiliates_clickthroughs_tbl] requires a manual update.

    And a media settings warning:

    MEDIA SETTINGS WARNING: The table 'wp_options' has at least one the following values ['upload_url_path','upload_path'] set please validate settings. These settings can be changed in the wp-admin by going to Settings->Media area see 'Uploading Files'

    How would I fix those? Is something messed up with the zip or are there extra steps I need to take?
