Media Resizing and html error

hello,
i’m having a problem with my media menu. when i want to put an image up, it seems to not work as i went it to be. for one the image never stays center and the text keeps going around it. seems to stay to the left. and also it doesn’t let me resize the image. here is a picture of what it looks like
