Media Post Types Broke Photo Display

  • I just updated to the latest version of WP SEO 1.4.14.

    1.How do you get rid of the SEO option for Media Post Types. I am not interested in having my media show up in any searches.

    2. Since upgrading SEO, clicking on photos no longer opens them up in the gallery on dark background.

    Are previous versions available anywhere?

    1: that’s a setting under SEO -> Titles & Metas
    2: do you have “Redirect attachment URL’s to parent post URL.” checked on SEO -> Permalinks?

    OK, When you check “Redirect attachment URL’s to parent post URL”, it prevents the photos from opening up in the gallery – in other words nothing happens when you click on the photo within the post. Before upgrading, clicking on the photo used to open in in the gallery and it showed on a dark setting.

    Yes, I upgraded to 1.4.15 this morning and it didn’t solve this problem.
