Media Player Not Displaying

That sounds like a common issue in cases where the theme has custom Sermon Manager templates in the theme. Since v2.x some of the functions have been changed so how certain things are ‘called’ is slightly different.

Would you be able to give us temporary WordPress logins via [email protected] so we can take a look for you?

Could you please send us some temporary admin WP logins so we can get this sorted for you? You can send them to [email protected] if you don’t have an active support plan, if you do, please use [email protected].

I think i know what the issue here is, so should be a quick fix. Avada is probably using some older functions that need a tweak.

I’m having the same issues. I’d like to update to the new plugin…but when I do my files and media player do not display. I’m using custom view templates using the template tags provided on this page: https://wpforchurch.com/my/knowledgebase/73/Template-Tags.html

Have these template tags changed in the newer versions of the plugin?
