media only showing uploads of current year

  • The media library only shows the uploads from 2015. All the other uploads are not visible anymore. However they are in the uploads folder at the server. I just use the root of the upload folder. The products which are linked to older imaages are visible but without the product image(s).

    anyone an idea what the problem can be? Library and product with images uploaded in 2015 are fine. Images uploaded before 2015 are only visible in the uploads folder . The folder is nog organized in months / year structure.
