Media on Amazon S3

This plugin looks great as I’m trying to replace the PixProof plugin, which has similar features, I’m wondering if will it work if the images are served from Amazon S3 rather than from the Media Library.

I assume it will serve the images fine but the downloadable file is my concern. PixProof won’t build a downloadable file unless the images are in the actual Media Library.

I hope that makes sense, please let me know if you need more detail.
