• Hi,
today I changed my site back from the domain https://www.weareplatinum.com to https://www.weareplatinum.ie.
I used search and replace to do so and updated the name in wp settings and in the php my admin.
No images are showing up on my site. When I right click open image in new tab, the image with the .ie domain doesn’t work, however if I switch to .com, the image shows up.
How can I change all of the images in my media library to be on the .ie domain and no longer on .com? Currently the images in my media gallery don’t show – just grey.

    Thanks

  • I see a litespeed server and some issue with the images not being there at all…

I don’t know much about litespeed server.

If you have a cache running there I’d shut that down first.

Have you reached out to GoDaddy yet? That might be a good idea after shutting down or flushing the caches… if that doesn’t help.

    Hello,

=> You can try the below solutions.
    1. Fixing Image Links after a WordPress Migration

    OR

    2. Better Search Replace

    Thanks!

    Hey, thanks for suggestions.
I’m not sure about Litespeed server either. How could I shut down caches? It could definitely be an issue relating to caches.

I haven’t reached out to GoDaddy. they’re the provider for the .com domain, not the .ie one.

    I’ve also completed both
1 – Fixing Image Links after a WordPress Migration
    and
    2 -Better Search Replace
    and neither worked.

I’ve looked in to deleting the wp-uploads folder in FileZilla and replacing it, but there’s so many different folders – 12 months x 5 years, with loads of different files that I think it’d be very difficult to replace them exactly
