Media not loading on portfolio

Hello
I was trying to set a gallery,
in the wordpress pannel the gallery is showing fine (both in the portfolio layouts pannel of the visual portfolio, and on the page pannel of wordpress), but when I publish it I cannot see the images media, instead the gallery is filled with white color.
When I point the mouse pad on the images, the image caption appear.
Is there some option that need to be activated to show the media on the published website.
