Media Not Loading (Images/Videos)

I have a wordpress website on which there are some images and video that should be displayed. So when I go to edit the page and select the ‘Single Media’ widget from the WPBakery Builder and I then select an image from my library and save the page, the image does not show up on the website. The place for the image is just blank. If I inspect on that page, I get

<img src(unknown) width height alt>

Media in slider revolution works properly. And also if I add an html img tag, and add the source the image displays properly. Only when I use ‘Single Media’ from WPBakery and add an image there it does not display it.
