Media not imported

Hi,

I transferred my site to a new location for testing purposes (staging site)
With the WordPress exporter I made a media export.
By importing this with WordPress importer is isn’t importing at all.
I’ve get the following message:

https://staging.example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress&step=1&_wpnonce=xxxxxxxxxx?is not working

What is the workaround for this please?
