media no longer visible

    I would need to give you credentials to see the issue or a screenshot but that option is not available as well. Media is no longer visible in the admin area. I see the tree structure, folders, and the numbers that show how many images each folder has.

    I found the solution. My theme was not updated. I reached out to theme support and they updated the theme for me and now everything looks great.
