In SG Optimizer > Media > Maximum Image Width, there is a drop-down menu with four choices.

On my screen, although the four choices are present, they aren’t displayed properly. I see only “2…”, “2…” (again), “1…” and “D…”

If I maximise the browser to fill the entire screen (1920×1080) and reduce the browser’s font size, it expands slightly to show “2…”, “2…” (again), “19…” and “Di…”

This happens on all of my websites, which use different themes.

I’ve tried to solve this problem:

    • Disable all plugins, except SG Optimizer and SG Security
    • Log into a fresh Guest profile with no browser extensions
    • Clear all caches including Dynamic Cache and SiteGround CDN
    • Test on both Chrome and Firefox

I don’t know what else I could do?

    Hi @paddy-landau,

I have tried to recreate the reported issue on a fresh WordPress installation using the SGO plugin’s latest version and no issues were observed.

However, I have managed to recreate the improper behavior of the Maximum Image Width drop-down menu on one of my old sites. The issue seems to be caused due to missing default chosen value that should be pre-selected in the drop-down menu. Once I have chosen one of the values, the issue was resolved and the values were properly shown on my end. Note that you may need to clear your browser’s cache after that.

If the values are still not shown properly on your end, please provide us with an URL of one of your sits where the issue is observed so we can further investigate the case.

@delyandelov — Perfect! That worked on all of my sites, thank you.
