Media loader stopped working

  • For minutario.com
    I am using WordPress. 3.5.1. I am unable to load media unless inserting the image from URL (and then they are not scaled or converted to thumbnails.) Instead there is a blank box where the image should have been. There are details (example
    amlo_more2.jpg
    14/02/2013
    610 × 394
    but no content to the file.
    The file (example https://www.minutario.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/amlo_more2.jpg) calls a: “Page Not Found The page you requested could not be found.” message.
    Already: dectivated all plugins, reinstalled wordpress, changed and reinstalled theme.
    I read several similar questions in the forum but did not find a solution. Thank you.
