Media Links or Attachment Page?

  • Can someone tell me where in the database is the setting for the blog to use Media Links or an Attachment Page?

    Maybe I am not even on the right path… Here’s what I am seeing…. I have a site with 30 some blogs… Some of the blogs create links to PDF files by linking directly to the file.. Other blogs create links to PDF files by creating an attachment page. Does anyone know where that setting is located?
