Media Library won’t load

  • Hi there
    My media library won’t load when I try to insert an image in the page/post, so I trying to debug the issue, find out it’s from the child theme the current site has, it’s custom theme no any update. but if I deactivate the theme all styling and layout will totally mess up, but that’s only way media library will load.
    What other solution I can try if I can not deactivate the theme( it’s on the live site)?

    WP version: 4.4
    JQuery: v1.11.3

    I also tried to add this code in the wp_config, still not working.
    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
