Media Library showing as blank

  • I am having difficulties since updating WordPress to 4.2.2. My Media Library is now showing as blank even though I have images there.
    Also in Appearance/Menu/Edit Menu I can’t use the rollout arrows or drag any of the menu items to reorder them.
    The site is this one https://www.minnowdesign.net/
    Although I do have others that are working perfectly
    Can anyone help?

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I’m using a version of thematic for my theme (customized heavily)
    Removing the contents of the function file restores the media library – so I guess it’s the theme that’s out of date. ??

    For questions regarding your theme, please contact its developers. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.
