Media Library Requests

I am only working on my second WP site and I’ve already noticed some annoying shortcomings of the media library in its current form. It is just not good for managing a large number of assets. It needs:
1. Folders or groups or whatever you want to call them
2. More options for the Bulk Update menu (resize, unattach, etc.)
3. Built-in functionality ro unattach an image (I know there is a plugin to do this)
4. Option to change the number of media items showing on the admin page (25, 50, 100, All)
5. When accessing the library from writing a post/page, the ability to insert multiple items at the same time, rather than just one at a time.
