Media Library problems

Well i guess this is not an unfamiliar issue, a few days ago my media library crashed all content items went blank, as if still there but could not be shown all i saw were blank boxes. . . so try’d to figure t and in end just re-uploaded it all. . . since then any time i try to use ‘insert to page button’ Nothing! so used featured image option that was up to yesterday. Today it seems the issue is spreading when i try’d to upload a new image using built-in file uploader no images from desktop shown, then in the multi-file uploader same thing so i am now unable to load ANY img or audio content at all.
