Media library permalink not working

    Apologies in advance if I am asking the wrong people.
    I noticed that the permalink for all the files I uploaded to the media library (images, pdfs) no longer work and leads to “file not found”.
    I contacted the hosting company for help and they said they believe the Geodirectory plugin is causing the issue which cannot be resolved simply by deactivating the plugin.
    Would you be able to assist with this problem?
