Media Library opened from ‘Image’ block doesn’t show all images

  • I’m on WP 5.4.2. I can’t access some of my images in ‘Media Library’ openned from e.g. ‘Image’ block:

    I can find them, however, in general WP ‘Media Library’ tab:

    What’s going on? Why those images do appear in general ‘Media’ tab but not in the one openned on block level?

    Plugins or your theme can alter media queries in specific cases, sometimes by accident. Try deactivating all plugins and switching to the twentytwenty theme. The media library should then behave the same way in both cases. Restore your theme, then plugins, one at a time until the behavior returns. The last activated is the cause of the discrepancy.
