New problem. When I used the file upload, I want to place it in a remote folder, not the WordPress folder. But the upload button, display the “Media Library” tab and I don’t want it to.

How can the CMB2 just do a plan ordinary PHP file upload..or just grab the file name and allow us to do the file upload with a path name? Nothing more. Just can’t have that media library tab being displayable.

I’m not personally sure if we have any native support for saving things elsewhere other than the standard media library. I know we have hooks that can intercept where you fetch data, where you save it, etc as we’ve gone over in previous threads. So there’s very likely ways to do it, it’s just a custom solution case.

I found a way to fix it using WP. Thanks
