Media Library NOT working – wordpress 4.3

  • im running latest version of wordpress, and i cannt use my media library to view or upload images. the page will not load, just keeps freezing.
    i have cleared local browser cache, tried different browsers with no joy

    any help would be much appreciated..

  • Try to deactivate all plugins check if it works. If no success please switch to default theme and try again.

    I am having the same problem on a client’s site. After researching, this is a problem that A LOT of ppl are having after going to 4.3. It is more than likely has to do with file permissions and php settings.

    Did you get a solution? If yes, what was it?

    If not, try contacting your host to see if they can help you solve the issue or search the forums for hacks that you can apply. There is suppose to be a fix coming out soon – hopefully.
