Media library not loading getting 404 message

    Media library wont completely load. I uploaded a lot of pdfs recently. In my audit file I see this message: Website Visitor Has requested a non existing page (404 Error Pages) 1 times. Click here to log such requests to file.
    How do I correct this?

  • Hi, DMT-TLC, & welcome. Could you please provide an example of a pdf that’s not working? There are a few things that can cause this, most commonly uploading errors due to file size or a database that’s too large.

    I found the issue. Recently set up multiple categories’ with medial library manager plugin. Went to plug in site and see this is a problem they are working on. So just have to wait for their new release.
