Media Library Not Loading – Blank Page.

    Hello,

    I am using your plugin along side Real media Library Folders however as soon as I enable your plugin my media library will not load and displays a blank page.

    I have tried with 2 different themes and only the plugins mentioned above enabled the issue still occurs.

    Any tips on how to resolve this, please?

    Hi,

    Can you check your PHP Error Logs and tell me what you find in there? It’s the only way to understand what’s going on. And we will definitely find a way to fix it ??

    Thank you for the super fast reply,

    Error log shows. The maximum execution time of 30 seconds was exceeded!

    I guess I should have checked the debug log first, live and learn lol.

    Extended from 30 to 60 seconds and the library is now loading.

    In fact, more than 30 seconds is quite long, so maybe you should try to optimize your install (or get a better hosting service) to have a smoother/faster experience.
