Media Library not loading after upgrading to 4.3.

    I have a problem with my wordpress media library, after i upgraded my site to 4.3 my media library isent loading? Can anyone help me? ??

    I have tried to deactivate all my plugins.

  • For me, the issue started happening after upgrading to WP-Smush to 2.0.6.3. Once I disabled WP-Smush the issue went away. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

    I just ran into this issue after an upgrade to 4.3.1 on one of my sites. Discovered that if you go into the Media Library and switch to list view, instead of grid view, it works…and then you can copy & paste the images into your posts/pages.

    Definitely needs a fix though.

    I have 4.3.1. and when I click on Media, it won’t let me post any photos except the featured photo. Suggestions?

    Hi there,

    Same problem here (running 4.3.1), and after analyzing the logs I’ve found that on my installation this was caused by “PlusCaptcha” extension (I’ve sent them an email).
    Therefore I’ve temporarily deactivated it and it works fine now.

    My two cents, if it can help.

    Recent 4.3.1 update
    I can’t see or add media to my media library.
    Neither can I add media to a blog.
    I can’t add Tags to the the blog.
