Media Library JS open edit page in a new page instead of popup

  • Hello everyone ! I have a problem with the integration of wp.media.view.MediaFrame.Select in my website.

    I do that in the front of a WordPress 6.2 website, the media frame work well but when I click on the “Edit image” link, the link open a new tab instead of open the page in current modal.

    I follow this plugin to create my modal : https://github.com/ericandrewlewis/wp-media-javascript-guide/tree/master and with his example, it’s work well.

    Any ideas of why the link open a new page instead of replace content in the modal like “normal” ?

    I think this problem is due to the URL, when I’m in /wp-admin it’s work well but when I’m not in /wp-admin the link open in a new page.

    Did you know if it’s possible to integrate a media popup like the Select one but for edit image ? I see the wp.media.view.MediaFrame. ImageDetails but it not seem to work.
