media library is not showing all the images

Please check under Tools > Site Health if there are any anomalies concerning your hosting. Please also test the view if you deactivate all plugins.

Thank you for responding to my ticket.
I already tested it by deactivating all the plugins. All media files are shown on the list view but not on the grid view.
Can you please help me with this.

First of all: these are not tickets but topics in a forum where we write. The term ticket would imply some kind of support, but that is not what you would expect here. In this forum WordPress users voluntarily help other users – as we both are.

Back to your issue:
Did you also change the theme, e.g. to one of the default themes?
Are the small thumbnails only not visible in the media selection, where the “load more” button is, or are they also not visible under the media item in wp-admin?
Are the images then generally present? You can find out by editing one of the images under Media and copying the original URL to the clipboard and then calling it up in the browser.

yes, I changed the theme to the default one but the issue is still appearing.
Images are visible in the media library. On the first and second click of load-more button images are appearing but after that how many times I click the load more button images are not showing up. In the list view of the media library, all the images are showing. I am not able to find the issue with the gird view.
