media library inhancements

I am trying to find a plugin that adds additional features to the media library.
Such as:
1: have you ever needed to easily move through all of the items in the library and add alt tags and descriptions. As you edit an image you save it then return to the media library and then find the next image click in to that one and add alt tags and the continue.. etc save and back to list.

Is there a plugin that might add a next or previous button in the individual media item that allows clicking to the next image easily making the editing easier. Since i have 100 images or more to work on I thought that someone would have had this issue before and would have created these added features. Like “Admin Post Navigation”. works on post and pages.

I want something that works on media images.. Any ideas
