Media Library – how to show file type and file size

  • Hi there,

    I need to display the file type and file size of files that are attached to a post or page. In most cases these files are Word or PDF documents, but could foreseeably be of any MIME type.

    An example would be:

    [Microsoft Word Icon ] Link to myDocument (Word, 53kb)

    Does anyone know of plugins I can use to achieve this functionality or whether this is possible to do with the current Media Library in 2.5x?
