Media Library Folders Pro is a no-go

I have wasted a lot of time trying to use this not to mention the money I paid for it. The worst part is that it keeps replicating images that I delete. I delete or move an image and the image reappears anywhere from 5 to 10 times scattered throughout unrelated folders. It won’t let me create new folders or subfolders. It tells me to upgrade to newer version but when I go to maxgalleria website, my paid download does not appear. These are such basic problems, I can’t imagine it being useful to me at all. When I contacted support, I got very flippant response. Any other attempts to get more information from the links take me in an endless loop to the same sales page. I should have taken the cash and thrown it off my balcony instead of paying for this.
