Media library filling with duplicate greyed out images
-
Help!
We have your events calendar installed on https://www.inspirednewsradio.com/schedule.
And We love it.
We create an event and upload a featured image to go with the event (which is a podcast).
But Suddenly – we have numerous greyed out images duplicating themselves in our Media Library. They have a URL and title for one guest – but say they are uploaded to an event for a different guest.
We don’t understand why all of these greyed out images are populating our media library.
For the guest in question – Thomas Baber – we only have two actual images of him in our media library. But now we have 28 greyed out “images” that say they are of Thomas Baber – but at the bottom of they indicate that they are uploaded to an interview with a guest called Stacey Vannasdale. But there are no actual photos – just greyed out images taking up space in our Media library.
I tried to add a screenshot here to show you but it would not take it. I know this must sound confusing – but we don’t know why all these greyed out images are filling up our Media Library. Can we delete these greyed out images or will that somehow damage the event listed in the calendar?
Any advice you can offer would be helpful.
Thank You!
