Media Library Files not importing

    I can’t get the media library files to import.

    When I export them, and later extract the zip file, I can see that the media library image files successfully exported.

    When I attempt to import them, the import takes about 10 minutes (30mb of file), but when I look in Media Library, there is nothing there?

    Any thoughts on how I might troubleshoot this? It seems like it is almost working and then it doesn’t

    Did some further troubleshooting, and the images/files ARE successfully loading into the server. They are just not connected in the db to wordpress.

    Is this something I’m doing wrong (in the steps that I’m taking) or is this an error with the plugin.

    Right now, I’m guessing that I have done something incorrectly, but not sure what. ??

    Could you use the report an error link on the import page after the import/export fails?
    This way I will receive the exact error that is happening on your server and will be able to provide you with assistance.
