Media library doesn't load

  • i am trying to develop a stater theme but the problem is when i open upload media it’s loading.. and never open https://prnt.sc/afhyht . and then when i trying to upload any media it’s saw this error . https://prnt.sc/afhw2n but when i check my upload folder in theme directory all medias are there and also when i go to edit post then i also can see my attach media to the specific post .

    Please any one can help me ?? . why this happening with me ??
