Media Library doesn’t display “Create Document Gallery”

  • Customizr (and 2017) Themes, Fresh WP install, Document Gallery Installed and Active.
    I’m able to associate thumbnail images with the documents, however, there is no option in the Media Gallery to Create a Document Gallery. [dg] displays nothing. Associated a category and [dg category=anything] gives an error that anything is not valid–with or without quotes. Also switched theme to 2017 and the same results.

  • I am having the same problem – no document gallery option.
    I am using the GeneratePress theme with Elementor.
