Media Library Disappeared; Images Still on Site

  • Hi all,

    Hoping someone can help! Currently, my Media Library says it’s empty, and I can’t upload new photos, as I keep receiving an error. The photos DO display on my website and are present on the server in the content folders. I am not super tech-savvy, so I’m hoping the solution isn’t too crazy. ??

    @jaycbrf I’ve talked with them, and they say it’s not their problem. :/ I also switched themes and the problem is still happening.

    I posted same issue few days ago with javascript error but no response yet…it seems wordpress error and it’s kind of annoying not being able to access media library is a big deal.
    You may want to make some pure php workaround to being able to use gallery and photographs if your javascript goes bad often and from the looks it does.
