Media library delete doesn't seem to work on video files

  • I’m having issues deleting video files from the media library. They no longer appear in the library after deletion but if I upload a file with the same name it’s automatically renamed with a number to OriginalName2.ext. If I look in the files I can see that the original file is still there.

    What do I do?
