Media Library delay (attachment details)

Hi,

This didn’t use to occur, but since WordPress 4.9.x when clicking on the “Add Media” option under a post, then clicking on an image. On the right-side, it displays “Attachment Display Settings” instantly, but takes a little time to show “Attachment Details” above that (Image preview, Edit/Delete Image, URL, Title, Caption, Alt Text, and Description).

Is that normal?

If it’s the image preview which delays it, couldn’t that be separated from those other fields?
