media library contents not loading

  • Hi. When WP Media Folders is active, we visit the Media Library, which loads okay, and we see our folders, but we don’t see any content inside any folders, including the root folder.

    If we disable WP Media Folders, we see all our media okay.

    Help appreciated.

    Hi,

    One question though, when you deactivate WP Media Folders, do you still see the folders in the WP Media Manager?

    No we do not.

    Then I think you don’t deactivate WP Media Folders but WP Media Folder (without the S).
